What is a good one? The only bread I've ever made is pumpkin bread, which is yummy but I want to try something different and I don't think that one is the best for breakfast. I have to make a bread for a breakfast this coming week. What are some good recipes?? TIA

Pumpkin bread is great esp. w/cream cheese on it. How about cranberry bread? They are in season now and that's always a good easy one to make.

We love monkey bread. Look up a recipe, but basically you buy canned biscuits and cut up and dip in cinamon sugar, then put in a bundt pan and bake. It is my kids all time favorite.

We make monkey bread a lot. We usually fill each piece with a flavored cream cheese. So yummy! We use the rhodes frozen rolls for our recipe.

I thought of monkey bread, but that was served last time. I've never had pumpkin bread with cream cheese, so I will have to try that. We're eating through several loaves in the fridge right now.

I think I'm going to do the banana bread. Do you just eat it plain??

I put margarine or butter on banana bread...yummy!

I made pumpkin bread yesterday with cranberries in it (fresh, chopped). I have a recipe for it somewhere, but I cheated and just bought the boxed pumpkin bread mix this time. It's really good. I made two full sized loaves and there's about 3/4 of the second one left. Even the boys loved it. I love zucchini bread, but haven't made it in a while. I'll have to try the monkey bread. I've never made that. Sounds easy and yummy!

I love banana bread with a cream cheese icing. But for me, anything with cream cheese icing is fantastic, lol.
