I actually send an email complaint to their customer service department regarding their return policy on their adhesive line of bras/tapes and things of that nature. I understand the hygiene reason behind not being able to return it for resale but I think they need to come up with a better solution since these things can't be returned once tried on, but can't be tried on before bought to see if they will suit you. I was out $68 on a recent purchase that won't suit me for what I needed it for.

I received an email back from their customer service department within two hours. They want the store information where I purchased my product so they can have the manager contact me about finding a product that WILL work for what I need and a credit for my initial purchase. On top of that they are giving me 50% off of an internet purchase with free shipping.

I'm pleased.
