Does anyone know of an herbal tea that helps with headaches? I've gotten so many lately. I really don't like to take otc or prescribed meds and right now, it seems like I've visited our medicine cabinet more times than I can count.

I believe that feverfew is for headaches, but it would be best to ask someone at a good health food store.
If you have a store that sells crystals, they can be a good help. You can use obsidian or onyx, which are both good for grounding you. You can also use green calcite, I believe for headaches. I sometimes sleep with one under my pillow. I often carry stones in my pockets to help with different things, and they really do make a difference.

I don't know any remedies, but have you had your eyes checked lately? I have also been getting a lot of headaches. Dh had to get new lenses for his glasses, so we were in Eye Masters. I was messing around, trying on reading glasses, and I realized I can see better with them. I am going next week to have my eyes checked. I think this may be causing my headaches.
