Aren't you in Boulder? I am curious what the job and housing market it like there. And also how far from you is the nearest ski resort. If I lived there could I easily go skiing on the weekends? Are there any lakes nearby that you could frequent in the summer months? Are there other areas of Colorado that may be better or cheaper???
