I realize that this is a little late for you on the East Coast but I'm starting to get into a rut and would love some new ideas. I'm trying Amy's red beans and rice tonight with cornbread and a green salad. Yummy!

We are just having BBQ chicken (in the oven, not on the grill) and pasta along with a salad. Nothing too exciting.

I would love new ideas :)

I am making my Cheese Potato soup & homemade bread.

I have no clue. DH has been on me lately because i've been out of the cooking mood. Last night I made Hamburger Helper, lol! I think with all this holiday cooking i'm pooped. I'll probably think of something last minute again!

We had frozen pizza tonight. I haven't been in the cooking mood either.

We had baked chicken, yellow potatoes and green beans. (Not much, but I had to work today and I was tired)

How did the red beans and rice come out? It really doesn't take much time to prepare (although it does take 3 hours to cook) - and it is a favorite here in our house.

We had Burger King tonight. I had to work the Secret Santa Shop at my sons school, so it was a late night.

They were awesome!!! I had to ask Crystal what Tony C's was but I love it! I ended up putting some extra in my bowl. I couldn't believe how easy it was to make and my house smelled so good! The neighbor came over to borrow a garden hose and took some home with him because he loved the smell of it. And there is a ton of it for leftovers. Can you tell I loved it? :)

I'm glad! :)
