HELP! I need a choc. chip cookie cake recipe ASAP

Moms View Message Board: General Discussion: Archive December 2004: HELP! I need a choc. chip cookie cake recipe ASAP
By Hdelfuego on Sunday, December 5, 2004 - 09:30 pm:

I have to make a cookie cake for Tuesday, so I need to get the ingredients tomorrow. Can I just use a roll of unbaked cookie dough from tollhouse or will that not work? Also, how long do I cook it for? I would have post this on the recipe board if it wasn't such an emergency. Thanks everybody!

I have my recipe - I'm typing it now - it'll show quickly.

My family loves this ones.

2 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
One 12-oz pkg. toll house semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Preheat oven to 375. In small bow, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate morsels.

Spread dough in greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
