Getting Latex Paint of fixtures

Moms View Message Board: General Discussion: Archive October 2004: Getting Latex Paint of fixtures

DH is a messy painter and did not prep the bathroom the last time we painted. Now, we are trying to sell our house and I'm trying to paint a neutral color on and the old green paint is on the towel rack, tub, etc. Ugh. Does anyone know of any chemical that is a good latex solvent? I don't want to have to scrape it off.

Goof off is wonderful!! You can get it at Lowes for sure, but I bet store like Wal Mart etc would carry it too!!
