I'm sending a package here, and wondering where in the world it is!!

APO, AE 09225

obviously the 5 digits are the zipcode. I just don't recognize the abreviation for the state I guess??

It looks like a military "state".

I just looked up state abbreviations and came up with Armed forces-Africa for the description to this one = )

Thanks :)
I never thought to look up the zipcode LOL :)
I was thinking it must be military.

"AE", "AA" and "AP" The APO/FPO "states" of "AE", "AA", and "AP" are the only legitimate states to use for an APO/FPO addresses. It is common knowledge that you can use "NY" for "AE", "CA" for "AP", and "FL" for "AA"...

This is from this site. Oconus APO FPO Shipping

Usually AE is Europe (or most anywhere East of the US), AP is Hawaii, Alaska and anywhere Pacific and AA is South of the US (like when we were in Panama). So yes, it's definately military. :)
