YAY! We - dh and I - get to go away this weekend to Vermont. Well, he's doing a 50 mile mountain bike race and I get to be pre and post race support, but I'll still be "away" and I can't wait. Anyways, I need to find a good book on sport massage - I don't know if anyone is or knows a masseuse that could help. tia!!
