My dd washed and dried a pair of her shorts (poly-cotton blend) without realizing that there was dried glow-in-the-dark paint glue on them. (I've never even seen this type of stuff.) We now have white blotches stuck to the shorts. I've tried Goo Gone and Spray & Wash....any other hints?

No, but I've heard lots of good things about Oxi Clean, so this just might be the time to try it out.
