Black Shirt?

Moms View Message Board: General Discussion: Archive August 2004: Black Shirt?
By My2cuties on Friday, August 20, 2004 - 06:30 pm:

Any info on where I can get a black shirt for both of my dd's? I need sizes 4t and 18-24 month. ANY help would be great we are having family pictures done and I need these within another couple weeks. Plain black, no words marking, anything. Can have a collar or no collar. Preferably long sleeves, or 3/4 sleeves. TIA I looked for some last year and could never find any to fit (youngest dd was in a size 6-9 month) we ended up doing last year's family picture in WHITE and khaki. This year I really want black and khaki.

What about just black turtlenecks? Those would be a lot easier to find than a dressier shirt. You're right, black is hard to find for kids...maybe you could do navy instead?

I did a quick search and couldn't find any black. Lot's of navy blue, but no black for toddlers.

I know A C Moore (craft store) carries short sleeve t-shirts (nice and inexpensive). Not sure if you have one close or not.

They also get sweatshirts in for fall and winter.

Yay!!!! I found both of them exactly the same, black turtlenecks with a little ruffle at the edge of the sleeve (just enough dress up) at Old Navy. I should have known, they always have what I want..lol

No I have never heard of A C Moore, (that doesn't mean we don't have one) but thanks anyway.
