Has anyone been through this? The relaxation dr called to let me know that this would be the program he is putting me in. Apparently i will be hooked up to some kind of computer to monitor my bodies responses to different treatments. I have never heard of this before so if anyone has done it....info would be appreciated!

i went thru bio feedback when i was pregnent with my daughter eighteen years ago ... i use to get these seveere headaches and end up in the hospitol er ...they couldnt give me anything strong for them so they reccomended biofeedback ... i was hooked up to monitors and given some special music to listen to and then this lady spoke to me in a soothing voice and talked me thru some stress relieving technicques... i learned to relieve my headaches in this way. i was dealing with alot of changes in my life at that time and didnt know how to deal with it . this helped me alot ... they helped to put things in my life perspective and then to deal with it and to take CARE OF ME!!!the most important thing i remember from all that was that if im not taking care of me i cant take care of no one else ... and i had alot depending on me at the time... email me any time if u need in fo or someone to talk to im here ....sewinsofun@hotmail.com
