I haven't posted much lately...I have been reading though. Ever since I got back from vacation I've been busy. My school starts next week and I've been stressed with trying to schedule my classes around my work and ds's school. I'm really hoping to graduate from junior college and move on to State next semester.

Also dh and I were thinking of looking for another pre-school for ds. He is so unhappy the mornings he has to go to school and I can't figure out why. Shouldn't he look forward to it being an only child and all?

Anyway, just wanted everyone to know that I am here and I will be posting again!

Some kids just don't take to pre-school (or kindergarten) and the bottom line is that they just want to be home with you. Was he in daycare prior to this or home with you? I hope this year is better for him in preschool.

I have to say, go with your gut. We had our son in what we thought was one of the better pre-school's but he was unhappy when we dropped him off, it just didn't feel right. Nothing bad was happening to him there and they were doing things he should have enjoyed but he didn't like it. I made up a spread sheet with questions and started telephone interviewing, the ones I liked I went to visit. The most important thing we did was pray for us to find the right one and for him to get the right teacher. (we do this every year now with school and everything and it, of course, has never failed us) We found a great pre-school.
