If you email me

I will walk you through what you need to do. You need to dispute this through paypal!

Kaseys, I think Yvonne is a much better source of help than I. I have never bought on eBay and only use Paypal for some very specific things.

I think she has it taken care of. I walked her through the process with paypal.

Yvonne, I am so glad you are knowledgeable about this - I surely am not.

Ginny,
I have bought and sold on ebay for years. Sadly I have come across a few bad sellers (as Kasey is currently dealing with) so I have learned the hard way how to handle these situations. It is important to read a sellers feedback prior to bidding. If a seller does not respond do not wait more than 10 days to report fraud because after 30 days ebay and paypal are not always able to help.
I have had more problems with buyers than sellers so hope no one reads this and thinks ebay is not safe. It is a great way to buy a variety of things often cheaper than you can get anywhere else. As you can tell---I am addicted to ebay :)

Hubby bid on a camera lens. When he received it, it was missing a tripod mount. He emailed the guy, who didn't even know it should have that. He offered to refund the money and have DH send the lens back. It took a few days, but today, DH got his money back. So, he was just packing up the lens to send it back to the guy. They aren't all bad apples.
