I am pretty sure that we are going to get a new computer, or at least a new modem. What all do I need to do to make it easier to get all of the information that I want from this one onto the new one. I also have Norton firewall and system works on this one and have already paid to do the renewal, so how do I get it on the new one. The thought of this alone is making me not want to get a new computer!! ARGH!!

Vicki, I ordered a Dell that just came last week. It included a cd, you put in into your old computer and save stuff to it(there's step by step instructions) and then just transfer it to the new one. You can also have a Dell guy come and do it(I'm thinking it's around $150).
