How in the heck do you get your pictures small enough to be able to post them? I use Dell Home Photo and I can't get it scrunched down enough.
Go down to posting fun and click on Bubbels' Online Image Cruncher (Reduce file size). You can reduce your pictures there. Or send it to me and I'll scrunch it for you. historicharrishouse@earthlink.net
Paint Shop Pro does the job for me! I can run an optimizer and it shows the kb as I'm crunching.
