How do you know if you have a good quality one? I'm thinking about purchasing the flylady one. but thought if I could find one locally, I would save on shipping.

Also, I checked out Ebay.

What are the signs of a "good" one?

I often wondered the same thing Dana, flylady's is kinda expensive, and I'm not sure I want to pay that much money for something I may not be happy with.

I can't speak for everyone, but my flylady dusters have been worth every penny. The only thing I've heard about other brands/types of ostrich dusters were from a friend who complained that the feathers fell out when she dusted. My flylady dusters seem to be securely and well made. (No, they don't pay me to do this. )
