Any suggestions? She has to dress as Christopher Columbus and speak to the class as if she is C.C. I have no idea how to dress her. I don't really want to buy anything if I don't have to. If I can get away with thrift store, that's fine. HELP!!!!

I would say a white long sleeve dress shirt. Maybe a brown vest. Tan or brown slacks (he wore knickers) and Black shoes. And Pilgrim type hat.

I bought a beret today, in pictures of him I have seen he had this big beret looking hat on. I think we are going to do black pants (cut off at nicker length) with white long socks and a white shirt. I wish I had a brown vest, maybe I will hit the thrift store tomorrow.

Sounds like you have it all planned out. And my DK's school does this in fourth grade. They dress up in character and tell the persons story from the first person. It is a good idea.
