I need help with punch recipe

Moms View Message Board: General Discussion: Archive February 2004: I need help with punch recipe
By Sovie on Thursday, February 19, 2004 - 08:11 pm:

I checked over in recipe area , but didn't find it, maybe I overlooked it. Anyway I'm looking for a punch recipe, it has ice cream in it, vanilla, or sherbet. I also would like to know what it's called. Thanks,

I got this from Eve, and it is always a huge hit with adults and kids alike.

1 container of sherbert
1 bottle of berry Juicy Juice
1 bottle of Ginger Ale.

Put the sherbert in a punch bowl. Pour Juicy Juice over the top. Slowly add Ginger Ale.

YUM!

We make it two ways.

We buy the Punch flavored soda (Tahitian Punch or store brand) and add a container of rainbow sherbet to it.

Or we buy a bottle of 7 up
a bottle of Hawaiian Punch
and a container of rainbow sherbet.

We put in the sherbet in both cases and slowly add the liquids in equal amounts.

Big family favorite for parties and gatherings.

I'm sorry I don't know what it's called but,

I have made punch with the following:

1 can frozen lemonade
1 can frozen limeade
1 lrg bottle of gingerale
scoops (however many you'd like) of lime-lemonade sherbet

mix together the lemonade, limeade and gingerale in punchbowl, add scoops of sherbet -- let them float on top, no need to mix

garnish with any of the following:

kiwi slices
frozen cranberries
orange slices
lemon slices
lime slices
