Today is my oldest DD's 15th birthday. It's also the day my husband and I became engaged 17 years ago. We are planning on going out to eat later as a family and then we will pick up our two neices. The oldest DD and her cousin will go to the Valentine's dance at their school and we will probably go to listen to a band at the Eagles with our youngest DD and other neice. Right now my DH and two of his cousins are in the garage putting new brakes on the one cousins wife's car. Happy Valentine's Barb! I guess when brakes or other car repairs need done it can't wait.

Happy Engagement Day to you, too. I got engaged March 14th, 1987 (2 days after my birthday) and we got married the following October (2 days after his birthday! 10-24-87) LOL! We really didn't plan it that way.

We are very close. There is a family at church with 2 dds who are friends with my dds
