And, they list Seusscentennial events in your state. There's a whole lot of stuff on the site, including games (which I think may be difficult for very young kids). Do check it out.

I love dr. Seuss. It is such a challenge to read out loud some of his stories.

I know what you mean, Feona. I found when I was reading stories in my sons' nursery school, when I read a Dr. Seuss story aloud and then a different writer next, I would be trying to read the new writer in the Dr. Seuss rythm.

I do love those books. I have taken to giving "The places you'll go" to people when they graduate from high school. I gave it to my middle son when he finally graduated from college, and thought he was going to cry when he opened the package and saw what it was.
