I don't know if you all remember me asking about Maine Coon cats a week or so ago, but we got one last night!! I read everything I could about them and we visited my BIL who has 4 and we fell in love with the breed. So last night, we ventured about a hour each way to go see them. Of course we picked one out! Who can look at kittys and not fall in love with one. She will be 13 weeks old on Friday and she is so pretty. You know how some are cute, well, she is pretty. She doesn't have a name yet (any suggestions, we want a pretty name)and I am waiting on the vetes office to open to get her in and checked out. Now, if I can just get her and our Yorkie to make friends! LOL

Congratulations. I have 2 Maine Coons (males) and they are so much fun. Windsor is 10 and JB is 8 this month. They are so good with my son also. Enjoy her I'm sure she is precious. How about Isabelle or Bella for short? Just a suggestion.

I like Gabby or Izzy. I really liked the suggestion up above of Tawny.

We have a cocker spaniel named Jasmine but we call her Jazzy.

Or Callie, Bethie... I like names that end with the "ie" or "y" sound... I think they sound sweet.

The first pic is from a while back when he was still pretty small (well, probably 7lbs). The second is recent. He's having trouble fitting in my rocking chair! He's up to 14.5lbs and he's only 10 months. He was named Gizmo for the tufts of hair behind his ears--like the Gremlin. Have you decided on a name for your little princess yet???

It's a cute name for a cat too.

Thats an adorable Kitty, and thats coming from someone who isn't a cat person at all. I like her ears and the little tuft of hair on the tips of them! HOw 'bout Casey, Sydney, Squeaker...those are my brother's and sister's cats names. Zoey is a cute name for her too.

Kitty just got home from her vet check. All is great!! The final name.....Katie. I couldn't talk her into Zoey, but at least got her away from Abby. Not that I don't like Abby, I do, it just wasn't her. I can live with Katie!! Thanks for all the suggestions!!
