I received this email in my bulk folder file, I have no idea who it is from, but it may be important, do I open it, does it look like a virus?

Yes the message says error, and there is an attachement. Should I email this person and ask in what this is in regard to (make it a subject note).

I know this sounds crazy but dh does online education.

delete it they are saying if there is an error in the message link or what ever they call it its more than likely a virus. don't open it.

Im glad you deleted it, lately I have been getting some strange emails and I have a good virus scan program on my computer so I scanned on it was a virus, I deleted it immediately!! So if you don't recognize the address, delete, delete!!
