Will be a beautiful dress that is stunning and i'm not one to love dresses either lol...But this is beyond gorgeous it's $150 but i'm way worth it and i will also get $450 besides that too = ) $600 worth of clothes if i lose the weight i want to lose.I was wondering what are your rewards going to be?I also meant to put this here as i thought it might get more responses?

Oh I am so doing this!!
I started a weight loss program 3 weeks ago-- after my not so lovely sister in law stated
1) she was getting married in June and
2) I was not to be in it because I am too fat.
I may actually have to like her because for once I am highly motivated. I intend to show up to the wedding in a sexy red dress! My friend and I are emailing encouragement to each other.
I already bought the red dress (award #1) but of course that will not fit until I reach my final goal. It is a copy of a Versache and it has ribbon lacing up the front. Very sexy!
My other rewards are:
1)A full beauty makeover in the salon. Hair, make up, the works
2)A ring hubby has been promising me. I told him I want it after I reach my halfway there goal.
3) After I lose it all I am rewarding myself with a complete photo package from a wonderful photographer. This will be pictures of my family and me. I have avoided cameras for so long how great it will be to proudly stand in front of one.
I love victorian pictures and have a wonderful Jessica McClintock dress I want to wear and hubby in a suit, both kids will be dressed up too and the pictures will be black and white.
Good Luck on your weight loss! I am routing for ya Brandy!!
Yvonne

A belly button ring, Baby! lol Another 10lbs or so. :)

By Debbie on Friday, January 23, 2004 - 10:28 am:

I am getting a whole new summer wardrobe. Only 8 lbs to go. Cat, let me know how bad the belly button ring hurts. I want to get one, but am a big chicken. Dh will think I am having a mid life crisis!!!

Brandy, we want pictures. It's okay that everyone in the store will think your nuts. We want to see it!!

By Dana on Friday, January 23, 2004 - 11:30 am:

I'm doing the belly button ring too! No idea how long it will take me to get that flat tummy, but that is my goal. DH thinks it gross, but I like them on the right body.

I just started another 10 wk program at the gym I go to. More serious this time since I already know I can complete it. Spending lots more effort on the eating department as well.

By Texannie on Friday, January 23, 2004 - 11:33 am:

I told my husband if I ever got my stomach flat again, that I was getting one too. My kids think that is hysterical. I figure if a 45 year old woman can have a flat tummy, she can flaunt it too! LOL

By Brandy on Friday, January 23, 2004 - 12:36 pm:

That's awesome goals everyone although not one of mine lol i might take the 2.0 camera tomorrow to the mall so i can take a pic forgot to today lol.My sister in law was talking to Stephanie(1) about the dress and Marci says that looks like a princess dress doesn't it and Stephy says i want that lol she was like it's too big for you lol.

By Eve on Friday, January 23, 2004 - 12:49 pm:

Does fitting into the clothes I already own count as an award? LOL! That would be a good reward for me! :)

By Joan on Friday, January 23, 2004 - 12:56 pm:

I used to reward myself for every 10 pounds I lost I got to eat a Big Mac! LOL Now I see that as 2 steps forward and 1 step back. So now my reward for losing all my unwanted weight, which is about 25 pounds, I want to get a low back tattoo. My dh thinks they are sexy and calls them "handle bars" . Hope I don't offend anyone with that comment.
I just re-started my "diet" about 3 days ago so I have a long way to go.

Gorgeous dress, Brandy!

Debbie, I got my navel pierced when I was 41. It hurt a LOT for about 2 seconds. You have to take really good care of it while it heals since it takes at least 6-9 months to completely heal. I used sea salt water soaks on mine several times daily, and since it healed, have never once had a problem with it. Make sure your belly button is *deep* enough for the traditional piercing, otherwise you'll have to go with one that's a little different - that's what I had to do. I love mine!
