I finally quit procrastinating (sp?) and went and picked up an application today at the Commmissary for the Bakery/Deli. When I turned it in they interviewed me on the spot. They were real excited about my cake decorating experience. However, my cake decorating and their cake decorating is completley different. The manager said she had a few more interviews today but really liked me. She said I should hear back today or tomorrow either way. This job would be perfect. I would be doing something I enjoy doing. It is about a block away from ds school and right across the way from the Daycare Center. And as an added bonus they start you out at $9.00 and hour with benefits. The new Commissary is scheduled to open the first week of Feb. I guess if it is meant to be it will be.

That's great!!! I've gotten to know the people at our commissaries deli and mentioned to one girl last weekend that I used to work in a deli (in high school! Lol). She asked me if I wanted a job! I said, no thanx, I'm going to stick where I am for now (home daycare). I hope you get it!

I went today for my drug test and my physical fit test. As soon as they get the results from the drug test they will add me onto the schedule. It sure is a good thing that they don't test you for caffine, lol!

We are still waiting on results from the drug test. This is one slow lab. They made me do it out in town so I don't even know who to call to see what is taking so long. Hopefully they will call today so I can get my schedule. I'll let you know.
