Well the cold has come to our house. My dh is the worst, he is coughing and gasping for air, this is a guy who hardly ever gets sick, but the few times he did he got pnemonia. He has a doc appointment on thursday to get checked out. My dd has been off school two days now, alot of coughing and sinus aches.I have been coughing too, I got sick first, but it has not developed into anything major thank goodness, my other two dd, are ok so far. Even though I feel terrible, I am trying to keep going, I just can't wait untill friday, untill I can just sleep, but I know with this cold the days will just drag on.

I feel like I have been fighting something off for the past 2 weeks! I just keep ignoring it, in hopes I won't get sick!

An older friend of my mom from church told me this fall to start taking vitamin C and a vitamin each day. The past severa years I have had terrible sinus problems. He has worked his way up to 1000 mg in vitamin C. I started in the middle of Oct with 500 mg and a vitamin, and praise the Lord I have not been sick since!

Now if I could talk dh in to taking vitamins, I try to give them to him every morning.
