Please send your prayers to my mom. She's in surgery right now- having a tumor removed from her breast for a biopsy.... She should be done at about 1:00 today.... This is her third tumor- the first one was benign, the second one was ok- but it was the "needle removal." This one is looking more serious....

I'll pray for your mom, Laura. I know how you feel. My mom just went through this a few months back and then got a bad infection after the surgery. Thankfully my mom's was benign and she finally beat the infection and healed. It was not a good time for her. I will be hoping and praying you mom's tumor is benign and that she heals quickly.

Hugs and prayers coming your way. Please keep us posted. I myself had 2 breast tumors removed several years ago. Thank goodness both were benign.

Well, we don't know the results yet, but she's doing better. She seems to be recovering well though felt she couldn't go to work today (thankfully she's a teacher and it was a snow day). THe "waiting game" is no fun though....

That waiting is so dreadful. They do know it, and it is just that it takes time to run things through the testing/examination procedure. But that doesn't make the wait any easier.
