I just wanted to update you. My friends son was released from the hospital today. They had him under observation for 2 days. He fell 15 feet from a 2nd story window. He had no broken bones at all. He did have a slight puncture to his spleen, and that is what they were watching. Apparently they did some type of blood test every 3 hrs to check this. His numbers revealed that the spleen is healing itself. He got released today, with instructions of they have to limit his activities big time for 6-8 weeks. I went to see them today. It brought me great relief to see him. He was smiling and talking like nothing happened. He is an amazing little boy. Hes 2 1/2 yrs old, and to look at him you would of never known this boy fell out of a 2nd story window. My friend said he hadnt complained about pain all day and has had no pain meds since 1pm the day before.
Somebody was sure looking out for him.
