By Shann on Monday, November 12, 2007 - 07:58 pm:

We found out today that a a young girl who went to school with my twins died Saturday in a tragic accident. She was barrel racing and the horse reared up and the horn from the sattel caught her in the chest and she passed on the way to the hospital. She was my sons crush in pre-k. Her mother is also a teacher at the kids school. I am so heart broken. this has been the second young girl killed at my kids school. please say a prayer for her family
Thanks ladies

How horrible

Your poor kids, they are so little to have a class mate die. :(

That's just so awful, that poor girl and her poor parents.

What a tragic thing. Prayers going out to her family as well as to everyone at the school.

Wow, I can't imagine how the saddle would cause a grave injury, I guess a major organ was ruptured. That's one of those freak, tragic injuries - so shocking and heartbreaking for the family.

They are definitely in my thoughts and prayers. :-(
