Hello ladies! I was wondering what kind of pots & pans you guys have. I am asking for a new set for Christmas and don't have a clue where to start. I currently have T-Fal and it's fine but thought I might like to try something different. I have looked at a few brands but am overwhelmed by the choices out there. HELP!! What do you have? What do you like or dislike about it? I am looking for something that can go from stove top to oven on occasion and it has to have glass lids.

I love my Cook's Essentials from QVC! I've had it for 4-5 years now and it still looks like new. I got the hard anodized. I had T-Fal before and it was a joke!

I have Anolon pots and pans. Bought them with our wedding money about a month after we were married and moved into our new place. I like the way they cook and clean up after. I also like that they have see through lids.

What I don't like? They are lasting too long for me to ask for the upgraded set! lol

I have Revereware pots and pans. Not the fanciest in the world, but they get the job done for me. I also have a 12" Farberware deep skillet, that I just love and use fairly often.

I bought the martha stewarts. Which I hate them. They are hard to clean and the tend to stick. Now my mom has a set that are really good same brand just a different design. I would choose my old cast iron over anything

I have Tramontina which are made in Italy. They were cheep at Tuesday Morning and they have Pyrex glass lids. There are oven safe up to 350 degrees. I really like them. I also have a set of high side Farberware frying/saute pans. L just love those, too.
The most important thing is that they have a really durable non-stick coating and that you like they way they look. Enjoy the hunt!

Have any of you heard any reviews on the Rachael Ray cookware? I hated the orange handles but she has now come out with the cobalt blue handles (which would match my kitchen) but I don't know if they are any good....

Calphalon here too. LOVE them and you can often find pieces on insane sales on Amazon. I'll never buy another brand again.

I have Farberware and I love it. My dear late MIL bought them for me just before she retired from work almost thirty years ago. She felt sorry for me cooking in my dime store aluminum pans that I had bought when I was married almost forty years ago. It was all I could afford back then.

My Farberware still looks new after almost thirty years. It is steel and there is no worry about non-stick coatings like Teflon. I just use Pam to prevent sticking.

Ditto Calphalon. That was our Christmas present to ourselves last year. No regrets at all! :)

Thank you so much ladies. I can't want to start researching all of these so I can make a decision before Christmas...
