I have started my job and I'm looking for some information on where to start in looking for classes to become a certified carseat person (the formal name escapes me at the moment, I apolgize). I took six patients today from labor and delivery and I KNOW that 4 of the carseats were not properly installed for their newborns and one for an older child. I'm VERY interested in becoming certified and learning how to get these things in correctly. I did the best I could today and did a pretty good job I'm sure but want the knowledge behind it.
