Well because you can send them to military personnel overseas and they are able to use them 6 months after the expiration date. = )

I just started out doing the cvs thing and i can't wait to get my coupons in the paper lol = ) actually i just took a bunch of coupons i knew i wasn't going to use to cvs and the cashier couldn't thank me enough = ) i said well i get excited when they save money i think other people should too.They are mostly expiring tomorrow so it didn't help me to save them ...have a great day everyone.

I think it's great you're doing that. I love coupons!!! I just started the cvs thing a few months ago and I don't know why it took me so long! Last month I got 4 bottles of Tide for $7! I'm part of a coupon circle so I pass mine along, but I'll have to remember about the military in the future.

Okay trying this again

I went to cvs and purchased
3 colgate burst-$8.31
1 80 ct. Hefty trash bags-$7.99
1 wrigleys 10 pack-$1.00

I figure this at $18 something then i used .55 coupon on the trash bags also $1.00 off on the trash bags.Then $1.00 off on the gum which made it practically free = ) and then i used $5 ecb and a $5.98 ecb for a grand total spent out of pocket- $4.15 but i also earned another- $8.97 ecb's go me = )
