Did you read the book and did you see the movie?

What did you think?
I'm really enjoying the book. The movie would have been better if I hadn't read the book. The movie was good but they veered so much from the book.

DS (10) read the book and we both went to see the movie. He LOVED the book, but was disappointed with how they changed the story for the movie. Isn't that always the case?! LOL! He just started reading Eldest. I'm going to start Eragon soon.

Dh and I read together at night. Most of the time I snuggle up and listen to him read to fall asleep. We are about half way thru the book and kept looking at each other all thru the movie. That's not how it was.
