Text box help in Word...I can't remember!

How do I rotate my text box? Why can I not remember this?? I know it's easy as pie, but need a reminder I guess. TIA :)

I got this from the office assistant in the word program.

Rotate a drawing object 90 degrees to the left
1.Select the object you want to rotate.
2.On the Drawing toolbar, click Draw, point to Rotate or Flip, and then click Rotate Left.
