I'm so excited yet nervous to own something so big! DH and I have been researching them for the past 6 months and learning about them. We went out yesterday just to look but ended up buying one. We ended up getting 8K off MSRP because it was an early 2006 model introduced in October and they were clearing the lot for the newest edition. It's a 23', just perfect for our little family. We go out to the desert the weekend of April 8th so that will be our first time using it. DH picks it up tomorrow. I can't wait until it's actually in our possession, it doesn't quite feel real right now. A home on wheels... fun!

Also to add, it's the same type of concept as a travel trailer except the back comes down to store off roads vehicles and such when traveling to the desert and other places. It's a complete living space except that everything folds up to provide room for "toys" hence the name toy hauler.

Isn't it exciting! We bought a camper (BIG one that will be on a permanate lot at the lake) and I can't wait to get it there and all set up. We have to go into a lottery for our lot and we do that on April 1st. We will likely go every weekend from Friday evening through Sunday evening. Can't wait!!!
