Absolutely, don't apologize. If anything, I should/could have worded my post more tactfully. I do think the topic is likely to be contentious, as Dawn suggested, but I could have explained it better. My only excuse is that I'm at the office and in my "legal secretary" mode - and that's a poor excuse.
