Getting paint of the walls
By Jackie on Wednesday, March 1, 2006 - 04:00 pm: | In our upstairs bathroom, we have peeling paint, how do you get the paint off the wall? We bought htose scrapper things. They work somewhat, but it takes forever in a day. This house is like 42 yrs old, and Im sure the paint is that old as well LOL..We have been here for 7 yrs. There was wallpaper in there. We pulled that down, but the paint is all chipping. I would like it all down so we can put some fresh paint up. Any suggestions how to get rid of chipping/peeling paint?
Uhhhhhhhhh using a sander??? I have no idea!

Yjja123 brings up a good point. Lead paint is a possibility. More info: Lead Poisoning
