I found out yesterday that baby #4 is on its way. It should be coming in October. I am really really excited even though it was not planned. My childrens ages are 4.5, 3, and 2 months shy of 2 years old. Yeah little stair steps. I think my dh will be running to get a vasectomy now. He was not pleased at first (which is hurtful to me), but he is adjusting to the idea. He goes back and forth from being excited to feeling doomed.
Oh and we used condoms and haven't had unprotected in months so..... I guess their success rate is only for so long.

Congratulations! Sometimes the best things in life are unplanned! My first and third were competely unexpected. My hubby felt like that too with the third but soon got over it. The first year with a new baby is always expensive (formula, baby food, etc.).

4 must be a lucky number! I remember my friends number 3 that was a surprise. He is so cute and the only boy!!! I remember how stressed she was but she always gets stress with new a baby coming.

Oh Congrats!!! You are in T town right? I am 2 hrs from you in NW Ark... My sis lives in a suburb of Tulsa.

Oct is a great time to have a baby. Not too hot, not too cold, beautiful Fall weather.

I only wanted 2 children (that was the plan I had since I was a little girl- I would have 2 boys or 1 boy and 1 girl lol). I got preg with my first child while I was on BC- I took 1 pill late !? Second child was not prevented in anyway. Thought I was done! When I sent my *baby* to Kindergarten and *thought* I would get have some time for myself for a bit and then finish college/go back to work... Well... Baby #3 happened. Of course, I couldnt live without him. He has been quite a blessing.


Give it some time to soak in with your dh.
