We are in the car. Jessica is discussing how she looks forward to dancing in clubs and hanging out with friends when she gets older. She says "I bet you were a boring person when you were in your twenties. You probably just stayed home all the time". I told her that, in fact, I loved going dancing and going to clubs. I said before I married I went out a lot. To which Addison replied... "Your just like Paws (our cat). Once he got neutered he stayed home!".
So in my son's mind getting married is the same as getting neutered!
