A vaginal question.....whoohoo!

My mom had surgery for it last year. It wasn't a "serious" procedure. She recovered well, except that she should have taken it easier. She had it shortly before Thanksgiving, and 3 days after she got home from the hospital she felt good enough to clean the house. But, she paid for it. She couldn't have Thanksgiving b/c she ran herself down trying to do too much too soon.

My MIL had it and had to have surgery for it a few years ago.

It happens with women who have given birth. The muscles become weak. MY MIL had it and the GYN gave her an ointment to place on the prolapse with instructions to gently push it back up. She did it for awhile and didn't need to have surgery.

Well, I had my HYS in May 2004 and have had strange pains since then, not all the time, not crazy. Just some pulling feeling probably where he tacked up my bladder. I just feel like there is more skin, if that makes sens?. I was wondering if it happens quickly or slowly, I guess it would be different for everyone. I cannopt get into the dr until March, not too bad.
