I'm wanting to start exercising more and I was wondering if anyone had a good exercise DVD that you could recommend for me to use at home. I can't use anything that is too difficult because of health problems and issues with my heart rate, but I don't really know where to start.

Anyone have something that they enjoy using?

Murder she wrote... Angela Lansbury. She has a exercise tape that is great.

Not too hard. She did it when she was like 60. I thought it was a nice workout.

Did you try yoga or pilates tapes. (I don't know any good ones though.) You can get cheap new ones on ebay or half.com to try out if you can't find recommendations.

If you want really easy tapes try prenatal exercise
tapes. How hard could those be?

Also I see Debbie Reynolds (she is like 60 or 70) has an exericse tape and Richard Simmon has tapes. I saw jane fonda had a tape for older people too which must be easy.
