I just started a blog on blog.com and am curious if this is a good blogging site or if there is a better one that you know of...or doesnt matter? Are they all about the same? This is one of my 43 things to do and so I feel pretty good I accomplished this. lol

2nd question is do you have a personal webpage for you or your family? I tried to set one up on geocities and cannot figure out how to link my main page to my photo page?? Does anyone know how to do this? Do you know of a better place online to make a webpage?

I don't blog, but we do have a website just for- Natalie. It's free, WAY easy to set-up, and it's through babababies.com. It is a little more geared to young children, but you might be able to customize it for your boys. You can do a webpage per child. I also like it because you have to have a password to view it, so your kids pics aren't just floating on the internet.

I would like to set up a family website, too, but although I've tried several times I just can't ever seem to figure it out. I accidentally came across babababies and decided I really just wanted to show Natalie off anyway so I went with that. Our family and friends love it.

However, my life *can* be quite a soap opera at times. rofl I am looking at other peoples blogs right now trying to figure out how they got the sidebars set up and the photo page, etc... You're welcome, Conni! I think webpages are a blast! I just don't seem to have time to work on mine anymore! Only last week, got the pages that are seasonal changed to winter themes! I have had a webapge since May 1997. I started out at Geocities, but a couple of years ago, I got my own domain. I only pay for the domain once a year and then I don't have to deal with advertising. I just have a little button on my page that advertises other sites on my webhost and then I get mine advertised as well.

I have Flash software and am slowly learning how to use it. Here's a little slide show of the dog, that I put together following a tutorial.

These tutorials all take a long time to do, so I need a block of time set aside to be able to work on one! I think little flash movies are so cool!

Ack! I'm glad that you find us funny. It's always weird to me to find out that I have readers that I don't know about. I've never been good with a daily journal and, even now, I think I blog more for the community of it than for the expression, although it's certainly nice to be able to blow off steam or to celebrate something that is going on in real life. I'll go check you out and let me know if you have any questions. I am definitely a blogging addict!
