Pregnant and Pressure in Pelvis question?

Moms View Message Board: General Discussion Archive: Archive December 2005 : Pregnant and Pressure in Pelvis question?
By Anonymous on Monday, December 19, 2005 - 03:01 pm:

Seems like I have some pain in groin area - sort of downward pressure. Doctor said to rest when I had it. Has anyone else had it? Seven month pregnant. Three months to good...

Yes, I had it with all 4 of mine but it got worse with each one. By the last one I thought he was going to fall out. It hurt so much. What child is this one? Just rest and take it easy when you feel this because it only gets worse if you don't. How much longer do you have? Take care of yourself.

The pressure is awful. I always felt like it was going to fall out if I walked or something. I think it is normal. I had it all 3 pregnacies.

I had pelvic pressure at the end of Emily's pregnancy. She was an 8-lb baby. I just wanted to lift her out of my pelvis! I was so glad she was 2 weeks early.

Oh yes, I had lots and lots of pressure with both of my pregnancies. I had a lot with my DD because she dropped right down into my pelvis and was ready to go early on. Then, with my second pregnancy, I think everything was stretched out from my first pregnancy(That's what my Dr. said anyway)that I got uncomfortable right away. Hang in there. It seems every complaint of pregnancy is completely normal. Just get lots of rest and put your feet up whenever you can.

Why are you anon? Nothing to be ashamed of--sounds like a normal pregnancy symptom to me! ((HUG))
