Need help with the name of a toy and finding it

By Livvy on Sunday, December 11, 2005 - 07:47 am:

My DH and DD were watching the Animal Planet the other night and a commercial came on for a toy that DD really wanted from Santa. According to my DH it is a toy that the child draws a track with a pencil and the car follows the track that is drawn. He thinks it has the name CARZ in it but when I search, I can't find anything. Does anyone know what he is talking about and where I can get my hands on one?? Thanks so much!!

I picked these up a couple of weeks ago at Toys R Us for $14.99 each. None of my kids asked for them, but I thought my 6 and 8 yr olds would like them.

Are they popular?

By Livvy on Sunday, December 11, 2005 - 04:58 pm:

I have never seen or heard of them until my DH brought them up as a Christmas idea. I keep looking for the commercial they saw on tv and haven't seen it. I haven't seen them at Toys R Us near me either but I wasn't looking very closely thinking they were a tv order only thing.

Are they a Christmas gift for your kids Sunny or did you give them to them already? If you did, were they a hit?? My DD is 7 and DH said she seemed very interested in having one.

Yes they are a popular toy this year.. So you got your kid a cool toy and didn't even know it... ^ 5 MOM!!!!

LOL, Bobbie! Sometimes I get it lucky and sometimes I don't.

I bought them as a Christmas present. I was actually standing in line ready to check out when I saw them in someone else's cart and thought my kids might like it, so I went looking for them. It was definitely a spur of the moment purchase!
