Moms View Message Board: General Discussion Archive: Archive November 2005: ADD in teenagers
I am starting to worry that my ds has ADD (definately not ADHD) and that I have just never realized it. He is extremely disorganized, and it is really starting to affect his school work. He does his homework and puts it in his correct binder and then either "loses" it or forgets to turn it in. I did a couple of checklists online for ADD and he has a lot of the symptoms. If he has it and I didn't recognize it, I feel like I failed him. What are the signs of ADD in teens? Who do you go to first for an evaluation?
