Hot Flashes & Nose Bleeds

For the past 2-3 weeks I've been having hot flashes - I can actually feel the heat radiate off me - they last a couple minutes or at least it seems that long. Normally I am a person who is ALWAYS cold, even in the summer I get cold easily. I've also been having nose bleeds (I used to suffer these bad when I was younger - it was determined I have a very mild case of a bleeding disorder). I don't think its menopause - I'm 34. Anyone else have this happen to them and if so, what's causing this.

the nose bleeds could be from autumn setting in or the changing of the weather... I get them at this time of the year and in the spring to summer change... hot flashes are just hot flashes our family tends to go thru the change early on in life ... so we had them in the thirties ... u can always go to dr and get what is called a fsh test... and he will tell u if u going thru the change....

I agree that a visit to the doctor is a good idea. When was the last time you saw your GYN? When I first read your post I thought of perimenopause, which is when your body starts the transition into menopause, and can start in the mid 30's.
