Yet another birthday sleepover. Robin had two friends spend the night last night. I have no idea what time they went to bed, what time they got up or how much sleep any of them got. I know I'm exausted! lol We went to Joyrides this morning (little amusement park) and the kid had a blast. No more big sleepovers until next August... :)

Oh,how I miss those days!!!! With 3 kids,it seemed like there was always a few extras in the house. But,my babies are grown now.And now I have 10 of the greatest grandkids in the world!!!And the best thing for me is,I'm wise enough now to know how to enjoy them.

My kids were on fall break this week. Out of the nine nights we had some other child or two or three on six nights. Even tonight, my dd has a friend over. I have arranged it that my two girls who share a bedroom each had their own friends on nights when the other would be away. They need there own space.

They are older now so I don't have to stay up until they go to bed. They can have their own time in their rooms as long as they are quiet and do not keep their siblings awake. I check on them about one am and they are usually sleeping or talking quietly.

As you know, I have four kids, what's a few more! LOL

My son had a sleepover last night and we made them go the bed at 2:30, they are 7! It gives me new respect for my mom, almost every weekend when I was in jr high and high school I would invite anywhere from 1 to 8 girls to spend the night and my parents just went with it. I always knew they were welcome and I never even asked....now it makes me cringe to think about it.

Glad everyone had a good time.
