I need some song ideas

I'm making a CD for a friend. She's going through a rough time emotionally, and just generally depressed. I'm looking for motivational type songs or just anything in general that puts you in a good mood. It can be from any genre.

Thanks in advance!

Can't help smiling when I hear: "Don't Worry, Be Happy" and the "Hampster Dance Song"
Nice idea. I hope it helps her.

Faith Hill's Better Days, Chumbawamba's I get Knocked Down, Gloria Gaynor's I Will Survive, Anna Nalick's Just Breathe, Pretenders' I'll Stand By You, Almost any Natalie Grant song, especially Held and I Am Not Alone.

Gosh, I'll have to think about it and let you know more. I love music whenever I need a boost.

"You've Got a Friend" always brings back warm memories of a friend who was there for me when times were tough.
