Who would have thought. I am starting school on the 26th. I just learned that my financial aid will not be released until oct 31. Even though I can charge the tuition and books against the financial aid paying for that first month of daycare, preschool and gas into town (30 miles each way) was really kind of stressing me out.

Zach had his first day of preschool this am, I got a call this afternoon, the helper for his class took a full time job and the teacher wants me to work while zach is in class. So the job will pay for his daycare which helps alot. Funny living in a small town, I have been offered jobs b4 and I dont think that the person asking really had any clue of my job history or performance. I guess I must portray competance. So after 5 years as a sahm I am back in the workforce without even an interview.

Tuesday, and yes I will still go to school. Mostly it just makes it so that zach's daycare costs are covered which will help alot. We make it ok but my going to school was a cost that I wasnt sure that we could really afford. Getting this little job makes me feel better about the financial outlay that it is going to take to make it through school. I guess partially I feel like I need to contribute some $ even if it is a little amount to the cost of my schooling and not make it 100% dh responsibility. He makes the money and I worry about it When I get done in 3 years I probably will make $20 or so an hour to start and will be able to work part time for the amount of money I would make if I worked full time now. So in the end it will be worth it. And I am excited. I wish school for me had started when the kids started but I have to wait until the 26th.
