Randy had his birthday/sleepover this weekend. He had four friends spend the night Friday, and then we went to Laser Quest Saturday afternoon. We only had minor problems, and nothing that couldn't be delt with. First, there was one boy that Robin just could NOT get along with. I gotta say though, I didn't much care for this kid either. Sort of reminded me of Eddie Haskell (for those that remember him!). The other thing was one kid was allergic to cats! THAT would have been nice to know beforehand! lol He ended up calling his mom at 11:30 to go home because the poor kid was SO stuffed up he couldn't breath through his nose. He came back Saturday morning, though and all was well. Randy had a great time. We had pizza, brownies (he's decided he doesn't like cake) and chocolate ice cream (his favorite!) at Laser Quest and he got some good gifts. His actual birthday is tomorrow (Tues). I can't believe my "baby" is going to be 10!!! We all got new ID cards this morning. Randy because he's turning 10 (that's the age they give them to dependant children unless there's a medical condition and they need one sooner). Robin, Dh and I got new ones because Dh's official retirement date is Thursday. Wow. Finally free after 20 years! lol Now, I've got 6 weeks to plan Robin's party...
